7vvv Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "7vvv", "we", "us", "our" refers to 7vvv, the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://7vvv.pro.
• "Platform" means the 7vvv website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any applications made available by 7vvv from time to time.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 7vvv Platform.

• "Balance" means the total funds held in your 7vvv Account, expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), net of all pending withdrawals and bonus wagering requirements.

• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or other incentive amounts credited to your Account by 7vvv under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before they can be withdrawn as real money.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency of the 7vvv Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and documentation verification process required by 7vvv before processing withdrawals or as otherwise requested.

• You are at least 21 years of age. 7vvv enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered users, irrespective of jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and for personal recreational purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person when registering or using the Platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 7vvv Platform or had an Account closed by 7vvv for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of 7vvv, nor a close family member of any such person, unless explicit written consent has been granted by 7vvv management.

7vvv reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts where age cannot be confirmed to the satisfaction of 7vvv will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned to the payment method of origin less any applicable processing fees.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on the 7vvv Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. 7vvv shall not be liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, 7vvv may require you to submit one or more of the following documents before processing a withdrawal or at any point during your use of the Platform:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, bank statement header, etc.)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits or withdrawal volumes exceed threshold amounts determined by 7vvv at its discretion

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Any activity conducted through your Account whilst logged in is deemed to have been authorised by you. 7vvv accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed in the cashier section of your Account. Supported methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Deposits: Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and SadaPay are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within one to three business hours depending on the sending bank's processing time. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited after a minimum of one blockchain network confirmation, which typically takes approximately 15 to 30 minutes.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by 7vvv within the following timeframes, measured from the moment the request is submitted and all KYC requirements have been satisfied:

• JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay: under one (1) hour
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank: within twenty-four (24) hours on business days
• USDT TRC20: within two (2) hours, subject to network congestion

7vvv reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if KYC requirements are not satisfied, if the Account is under investigation for suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or if the withdrawal amount includes Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement.

You may only withdraw funds using a payment method that you have previously used to deposit into your Account. 7vvv does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously linked to your Account. Any deposits received from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.

7vvv offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes to eligible registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement unless the specific promotion states otherwise. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute to Wagering Requirement completion. Game contribution percentages vary by title and category — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as stated in the specific promotion.

Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion terms, which is typically seven (7) to thirty (30) days from the date of credit. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from your Account balance automatically.

Bonus Abuse: 7vvv employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting low-edge games to satisfy Wagering Requirements, collusion, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, 7vvv reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, confiscate derived winnings, and close the Account permanently.

7vvv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modifications do not adversely affect the interests of players who have already accepted and commenced qualifying for that promotion.

All casino games available on the 7vvv Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Play'n GO. Game outcomes are determined independently by the RNG system and cannot be influenced by 7vvv or by the player.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are set by the respective game provider and are available for review either within the game's information panel or via the provider's published documentation. 7vvv does not modify RTP settings below the values certified by the provider.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or malfunction during a game round, the following rules apply:

• If a game round is interrupted before its outcome is determined, the wager placed for that round will be refunded to your Account balance as a pending credit.
• If the outcome of the game round was determined before the interruption occurred but was not displayed to you, the outcome stands and your Account will be credited accordingly once connectivity is restored.
• 7vvv is not liable for losses attributable to network interruptions on your end, including mobile data drops, Wi-Fi disconnections, or device failure.

All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. It is your responsibility to verify your stake amount and game selection before confirming a bet. 7vvv will not reverse or refund confirmed bets on the grounds of player error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7vvv Platform. Any User found to have engaged in any of the following will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or using false, assumed, or third-party identity information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the Platform or any game offered on it
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game or betting market
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction related to proceeds of crime
• Providing false KYC documentation, misrepresenting your age, identity, or source of funds
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported immediately to [email protected]

7vvv's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7vvv does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time with or without notice.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 7vvv's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

All content on the 7vvv Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of 7vvv or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 7vvv
• Use the 7vvv brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised by 7vvv
• Create derivative works based on the Platform's design, code, or content
• Use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the Platform's content or data

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 7vvv and its licensors.

7vvv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within the timeframe specified by 7vvv
• Discovery that an Account belongs to a user under 21 years of age
• Discovery that a user is an excluded person or is registered in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited
• At 7vvv's sole discretion, where continued operation of the Account is deemed to be contrary to the interests of 7vvv or its user community

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting 7vvv support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified Real Money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure regardless of any remaining Wagering Requirement progress.

7vvv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7vvv will notify registered users via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account, where feasible.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any updated Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 7vvv holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following dispute resolution process applies:

• Step 3 — External Review: If the matter remains unresolved following internal escalation, you may seek assistance from an independent dispute resolution body or the licensing authority applicable to 7vvv's operating licence.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction and that you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
